I am a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator, personally trained by Brené Brown, and a trusted keynote speaker for organizations including NASA, Deloitte, Johnson and Johnson, and Chanel.​ I am a human performance expert and former Corporate Athlete® facilitator, blending performance science with practical leadership tools that work in the real world.

My credibility is not theoretical. It is lived. From my early work in human performance to training elite performers, I have seen firsthand that high performance does not start in the gym. It starts in the culture.
